Ocean freight and warehouse storage can mean weeks of temperature swings, pressure changes, stacking and handling. For wet wipes, the pouch, film, reseal sticker and seal configuration need to protect both the liquid load and the way the pack opens after arrival.

Packaging material

OPP + PET + PE composite film

OPP supports print presentation, PET adds structural strength, and PE forms the inner sealing layer.

Why it matters

The three-layer structure gives the pouch strength plus a moisture / vapour barrier for storage and long-distance shipping.

Reseal integrity

Controlled reseal-sticker bonding

The reseal sticker is bonded to the pouch surface layer in a controlled process, so it holds more securely through storage and repeated opening.

What it supports

Better reseal bonding helps the remaining wipes stay moist after opening and reduces leakage or drying during storage and shipment.

Seal verification

Pressure / vacuum sampling

Finished packs can be sampled before release so weak seals are found before goods leave the factory.

What it catches

The check helps identify leakage, dry wipes, seal failure and transport-sensitive pack problems before shipment.

The goal is simple: the pack should look right, open cleanly, reseal well and keep the wipes moist through storage and shipping.

Before export handover, finished packs can be checked for appearance, seal, pack count, lid or label placement, coding and carton condition. Additional AQL or lab testing can be arranged by project scope.
