What changes the quotation?
Wet wipes are quoted by the complete finished pack, not by one isolated material line. The same product category can sit at very different price points once material, size, formula, pack count and presentation change.

What is the usual starting quantity?
Many private-label wet-wipes projects with custom printed packaging start from several thousand packs per SKU. The exact MOQ is reviewed around material, pack format and production setup, so a standard soft pack and a special single-sachet or gift-box project do not share the same starting point.
Material affects MOQ
Special materials, higher GSM, premium material claims, unusual textures or flushable-material directions can change the material purchasing and production setup.
Pack count affects MOQ
A 10-count travel pack, 80-count retail pack, 100-count large pack and single sachet each use different counting, folding and packaging logic.
Packaging affects MOQ
Custom pouch printing, lids, reseal labels, retail boxes, gift boxes, bundles and cartons all affect artwork, tooling, packing labor and release checks.

Samples and production
How does a project usually start?
We first clarify what the wipe needs to do, then match material, formula, packaging and documentation scope before confirming the sample or RFQ path.
Do you support samples?
Yes. We can review existing samples, production-reference samples or custom sample development depending on your project stage and product goal.
What should I send for an RFQ?
Send product category, market, use case, material, formula direction, sheet size, wipes per pack, packaging, quantity, artwork status and document needs.
How long does production take?
Regular bulk production is usually around 30-45 days after artwork, specifications and production details are confirmed. For framework agreements or planned repeat-order programs, lead time can be confirmed separately around the order schedule, material preparation and packaging plan.
Can you handle bulk orders?
Yes. For larger or repeat-order projects, we review production scheduling, raw-material preparation, packaging lead time, batch release checks and shipment coordination before confirming the delivery plan.
Can the first MOQ be flexible?
Standard projects have practical starting quantities because material, printing and automated production require setup. For strategic projects, framework cooperation or multi-SKU programs, the starting plan can be reviewed case by case.

Can TrustWove help choose material and formula?

What customization options are available?
Material, GSM, texture, wipe size, wipes per pack, formula direction, scent, liquid loading, pouch or label artwork, lid or reseal structure, carton, barcode area, bundle, box and gift-set presentation can be reviewed by project.
Can you provide documents?
Available files may include ISO 9001, FDA cosmetic registration / FEI information, CE/RoHS, UKCA, REACH, TSCA, SDS, FSC 100%, Intertek 100% bamboo-fiber support, biodegradation evidence, microbiological testing, AQL inspection and COA or batch reports where applicable.
Can we customize artwork and barcode?
Yes. Pouch, label, lid, carton, display box, barcode area, SKU label and channel-specific packaging details can be coordinated after pack structure is confirmed.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We support export shipments to 80+ countries and can coordinate EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP arrangements where suitable. The final method depends on destination, order size, carton plan, customs requirements and customer logistics preference.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes, factory visits are very welcome. Please make an appointment in advance and share your company information, target product and preferred visit schedule so the right production and quality topics can be prepared.
How do you control quality before shipment?
Quality control includes incoming material checks, in-process checks, station SOPs, final AQL inspection, retention samples, lot-number traceability, inspection records, non-conforming goods isolation, QA review and corrective action when needed.
Are custom goods refundable?
Custom wet wipes are made to confirmed specifications. Cancellation or refund handling depends on project stage, material purchase, packaging preparation and production status. If a confirmed quality issue is caused by production, we will work with the customer to resolve it responsibly.
